Professionalism from the moment the phone was answered. This was the first time I used Supertech Auto in Aldergrove. I called about my air-conditioning not working in my Jeep Liberty. The problem was quickly diagnosed and I was not able to get it fixed that day because I had to chose between getting my hot water tank replaced which broke at home the night before this appointment or the air-conditioning in my Jeep. I chose the hot water tank and Supertech Auto charged me nothing for their diagnostic work. I was astonished. I was down on my luck and my bill was 0.00 for diagnosing the problem. Thank you so much. I will not go anywhere else to get my vehicle fixed and will recommend Supertech Auto Aldergrove to anyone and everyone who will listen to me. Thank you Matt for your kindness and professionalism!!! P.S. While I was at the shop I saw that car collectors trust Supertech Auto with their vehicles. That says ALOT. I was visiting Abbotsford when our air conditioning went during a heat wave. I was able to get a same day appointment at Supertech. The service was fast and the pricing was very fair. If we lived in the area we would definitely be repeat customers. Thanks for the great customer service !
Matt and his team are excellent. The shop is close. Although they have big hearts and do great work, their parking lot is full. Don't let that deture you from going in and getting the oil change, etc. Done on your vehicle. They do check everything they can on your vehicle at the same time. Our vehicles now have smiles.
