I have been going here for several years and have always appreciated the expertise, pricing, and customer service. Auto shops can sometimes be daunting places for young women who don’t know much about cars (like me), and I can say this a trustworthy place. Sarang and Shawn are kind, respectful, and go above and beyond. They charge fairly and will double- and triple-check anything you need, especially if it concerns safety. I cannot imagine how it's possible to give fewer than 5 star to Supertech Auto. Not only did I receive a quick (same-day) service for my Honda Civic air conditioner, but I also experienced a wonderful social interaction with the staff. They made a wonderful rapport with me and despite their fully reserved schedule they provided a high-quality same-day service. They also gave me a three year/60000 KM guarantee.

I liked that they took photos of the issue with my van so I could clearly see what the problem was.
Great service from arriving at front desk to pick up my fixed car again.
I got my Rav4’s oilchange in within hours of calling to book an appointment. The service was fast and problem free. Much better than the drive through 15 minute place I went to before. I’ve found a shop that I trust and don’t feel pressured or question their suggestions. Price was also very competitive. Great staff.
Recently had a worrying grinding noise coming from the car, I haven’t used them before, but they diagnosed and fixed the problem (replacing the drive shaft) fast and at a very reasonable rate, will be returning for future servicing needs!

Sarang and his team were incredible. They arranged to do the check on about 2 hours notice and delivered an incredibly detailed report on the car which I could take back to the dealer.
I know nothing about cars, but Sarang was patient in explaining to me what everything on the report meant and what I should and shouldn’t be worried about. I can’t recommend these guys enough and will 100% be giving them a call next time I am in the market for a car.

They took great care of my car when my radiator had a leak, and were flexible with me in installing particular aftermarket cooling system parts that I chose. I had been having cooling issues for years from minor leaks other shops couldn't find, and they found them and cleared them all up. They also have great pricing on synthetic oil changes and their warranty is much longer than other shops. I was lucky to find them right away when I moved here and I don't plan to take my car anywhere else as long as I stay in Vancouver.

First time I came here for an oil change, Matt was very pleasant and friendly , Explained everything to me and the price was very reasonable, Really appreciate the service here, clean and the people at Supertech Auto are very professional .
