Professionalism from the moment the phone was answered. This was the first time I used Supertech Auto in Aldergrove. I called about my air-conditioning not working in my Jeep Liberty. The problem was quickly diagnosed and I was not able to get it fixed that day because I had to chose between getting my hot water tank replaced which broke at home the night before this appointment or the air-conditioning in my Jeep. I chose the hot water tank and Supertech Auto charged me nothing for their diagnostic work. I was astonished. I was down on my luck and my bill was 0.00 for diagnosing the problem. Thank you so much. I will not go anywhere else to get my vehicle fixed and will recommend Supertech Auto Aldergrove to anyone and everyone who will listen to me. Thank you Matt for your kindness and professionalism!!! P.S. While I was at the shop I saw that car collectors trust Supertech Auto with their vehicles. That says ALOT. My father has a vintage Corvette and my son has a vintage Mustang and I would not hesitate to recommend Supertech to them.

I was visiting Abbotsford when our air conditioning went during a heat wave. I was able to get a same day appointment at Supertech. The service was fast and the pricing was very fair. If we lived in the area we would definitely be repeat customers. Thanks for the great customer service !

Matt and his team are excellent. The shop is close. Although they have big hearts and do great work, their parking lot is full. Don't let that deture you from going in and getting the oil change, etc. Done on your vehicle. They do check everything they can on your vehicle at the same time. Our vehicles now have smiles.

I had asked Matt for a detailed inspection on the truck as I wanted it to be safe for our camping trip. They did a thorough job and identified the “must” repairs. Had the repairs done with the assurance that we will be safe with no worries. I highly recommend Bob’s Driveline.

We believe our auto repair warranty to be the longest in British Columbia. 3 years or 60,000km whichever comes first. A quick internet search will show that our mechanic shop’s warranty is far and away the largest publicly advertised auto repair warranty “near me”. Most auto repair warranties hover around 1 year/5,000km, so we are very proud of our warranty. Not all repairs are covered by this warranty, there are some exclusions such as diesel repairs and deeply intrusive and complicated repairs. However most repairs are covered by this warranty. Sister and affiliated businesses (Supertech Auto, Gary’s Automotive, Island D Automotive, Bob’s Driveline & Supertech Diesel) may offer the same warranties and therefore not included in the guarantee of warranty surpass. If you are quoted a warranty for your repair from a legal mechanical garage (no backyard friends) that’s longer than 3 years or 60,000km please provide us a photo, screenshot and/or link.
