\nCody Olshaski\u2019s story in the automotive industry began long before he ever stepped into a shop. As a third-generation shop owner, his roots run deep: his grandfather operated a repair and gas station in White Rock throughout the 1960s and 70s, setting the foundation for a family legacy in automotive service.<\/p>\n

While Cody\u2019s father initially pursued a different path, he eventually found his way back to the trade. In 1985, he built a modest two-bay repair shop in his own backyard \u2014 a small operation driven by skill, grit, and a passion for doing quality work. By 1991, demand outgrew the space, and the business moved into a four-bay facility that became the family\u2019s primary shop for nearly three decades. <\/p>\n

Cody stepped into a leadership role in 2011, taking over day-to-day management and beginning the process of modernizing operations. In 2018, he purchased the business outright, leading a team of four technicians and one service advisor. Recognizing the need for greater capacity and improved workflow, he relocated the shop in 2020 to a larger six-bay facility \u2014 a move that unlocked new growth and set the stage for future expansion.\n<\/p><\/div>\n

That momentum continued<\/div>\n

\nIn 2022, Cody acquired Bob\u2019s Driveline in Aldergrove \u2014 then a seven-bay specialty shop \u2014 and promptly expanded it to nine bays to meet customer demand. Shortly after, the shop was fully integrated into the SuperTech Auto Repair network. <\/p>\n

The next major milestone came in 2024, when Gary\u2019s Automotive underwent a significant expansion, taking over the adjoining unit to create a 12-bay facility. This upgrade marked the beginning of its rebrand and transformation into SuperTech Auto Repair \u2014 a transition that is now nearly complete. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n
